So, is anyone interested in organizing/administrating the September crop? If you need some help, I'm happy to assist you.
Let me know if you are interested.

Anyone interested? If you don't have a theme idea, I have an idea.
I'm thinking September 13-16 for it. If you don't like the dates, we can chat.

You may want to go earlier. We typically do them in August and then have the Christmas crop in November.

We haven't had a lot of participation, so decided to put it out a little further.

Okie doke. Just wasn't sure if that'd get too close to the Christmas crop.

Maybe we should combine the two crops into one? Host it in October and have it be a fall/Holidays crop? Just a thought.

Kathy, you hit the nail on the head. I'm separating them out 4 months apart rather than 3, as we've had so little participation.

I like Kathy's idea of having just one crop this fall. Early to mid October would be good timing to prepare for all of the holidays.

Would October 11-14 work better for everyone? I need input on this, so let me know if you'd rather have it in October or September. Either way, this will be the only crop for the Fall.
So, let me know!
