Please, Pardon My Delight

Yesterday morning I was delighted to see between 20-25 bluebirds in our tree, on the bird bath and on the feeder pole! I was totally inspired! My friends was taking me to get my new glasses and we stopped at Hobby Lobby. I picked up the intense blue color of ink and "painted" this today. It is on watercolor paper and painted in ink. All the inks used here, except the blue, are Stampin' Up inks. These are the same inks we use with our rubber stamps. I am over the top excited about this!

Please excuse me for showing off. I don't normally do that, but this was too exciting for me to keep to myself!

Thanks, everyone, for the kind comments. I wish you could have all seen that spectacular sight! There were spots of blue everywhere! I was amazed and thrilled! It was nice to have something get me back into the painting mood again. I haven't done much since the stroke and it affects my personality too much to leave it behind.

I have something else to show you, but I haven't gotten pictures yet. It is something I think many of you will like and can do, too! I will be back tomorrow to share that!
