Thursday Challenge.....and a little flower! - WINNER Ellie!

Great challenge Barry and such a pretty flower. Sorry, but I'll have to sit this one out. They are fun to make but I just can't do this kind of detail folding right now.

Trudi, that is adorable! Love the paper you used, too. What size circles did you use?

Yes, I have been MIA for awhile as this year has already proven to be very, very busy as we are short staffed at my work and hopefully that will change. But I have been stalking all of you and marveling at all your works of art I just haven't posted or participated in any of the challenges and I miss them and I missed all of you. I am glad that you like this fold, it is fun! Trudi you did an amazing job and just look how impressive that is! Thanks for playing!

I understand Marlene, you just take care of yourself as that is the most important thing!

Trudi, that is so pretty! I love the added sparkle from the gems.

I made this card for someone is currently being made quite ill from a new medication. Get Well isn't appropriate so I went with To Cheer You. Barry's dahlias do indeed look very cheerful. Thanks for the inspiration, Barry! I went with bold colors on this one so as not to OD on pastels during this crop.

I loved the way the swirls on this embossed sheet made the perfect stem for this flower. I was showing my husband my wonderful creation and now think it may not be such a wonderful thing since he thought it was a clam! So, there we are!
