Thursday Challenge....Set for Spring...WINNER IS TERRIE!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

Trudi, I would charge around $10.00. It depends if my daughter thinks more.

I tried to think of who I would give monogram cards and couldn't come up with one thought. I decided to go with B...not for Brown, but for BABY! I would have liked to have had some pat-a-cake papers, but that would have been too convenient. Pink and blue work well, though.

Whew! Last one! I wasn't sure I was going to get this one done.

A lady from church recently gave me a whole stack of barely worn pants and a "little black dress." I thought that this challenge might be the perfect time to make her a little thank you gift.

I only took a picture of one of the cards--I couldn't fit all 4 into the same picture. I couldn't get a good pic with the box in it either, so the box is pictured separately. I must say I really liked how easily this box went together.

The washi tape here was part of my winter pal gift--Thanks again!!--It went perfectly with the colored card stock I used!

Question: How are you supposed to give them envelopes? They won't fit in the box...

Marilyn - I love that you made a "Baby" set.

Sheri - I love the music embossing folder you used. As for the envelopes, I made a 2nd box/extra large envelope to put the envelopes in. (To make the envelopes match your card set, you could emboss the flap of the envelopes.) ;)

Marilyn, that is a cute set! Love to see the fun bird paper again, too.

Sheri, that is really pretty! You might just make the envelopes and stack them along the back side of the box and put a ribbon around the whole thing.

Marilyn, I love the way you solved your dilemma with the "B is for Baby" monogram. So cute!
Sheri, your card set is wonderful! I like the string closure that gives a vintage feel to the set... and appreciate that you got a few good answers to your question about how to add the envelopes. (I also really liked the suggestion to emboss the envelope flaps to match the cards).

Trudi, please tell the classroom thank you....

I was showing my friend the cards I made for this challenge and she asked if she could have them
so she could give them to a co-word as a gift....her first starts with an R...
