Are snapdragon and sunflower separate words? If not, let me know, as I used them separately on my card.

That makes me feel better. When I read the list I thought, "Huh, I've never of a snapdragon sunflower. Where have I been?" I will work on my card today.

That might be a new variety of flower; might be kind of cute...a talking sunflower. Come on, you all know what I'm talking about, don't you? I spent every summer picking snapdragons in my grandmother's garden and making them talk.

Elaine, I was born and raised, and continue to live, in the desert. I have no IDEA what you are talking about. I'll have to Google an image of a snapdragon.

I know what you mean, Elaine. Golda, a snapdragon looks vaguely like a face. You hold the flower between your thumb and first finger and gently squeze and release. It looks like a tiny puppet talking.

Now that sounds like a fun thing for kids to do. :)

I remember making snapdragons talk, how fun! We also bit the tips filled with sweet nectar from the delicate little bleeding hearts. Anyone else ever do that?!

Or if you took the bleeding heart gently separate the pink portion, hold it upside down and it looks like a lady in a bathtub - very fun for an 8 year old boy to do :D
