For this challenge we are going to build The Emerald City. Well, maybe not the Emerald City, but an Emerald card.

For your building blocks choose a row, column or diagonal from the chart above (just like tic-tac-toe) and use all 3 of those elements in your card. You can use as many other things as you want on your card, but at least 3 have to be in a row. And your card should have green as the main color.

My card uses the diagonal starting in the top left corner. I used green pearls, green patterned paper and a green button.

You have until midnight on 2/23 to complete your card and random.org will choose a winner on 2/24.

I chose the diagonal, Wee bit of Gold, Patterned Paper, and Punched Item. I also stamped the shamrock image and fussy cut them.
