Okay, here's what I came up with. The top two layers are actually popped up off the base card, which has the stamping on it.

Ellie, I am so pleased you got a 'round' to participating in my challenge. You did such a great job, your free image is so darn cute. and you put in a lot of circles. Good on you.
Kathy your baby card is adorable! I even like that you found a round embellishment to enhance your design. Those little baby (digi stamps?) are very cute! Nicely done!
