Thursday. . .Penny Lane Winner is KATHY!

Moderator: Golda

Your challenge is to make a penny slider card. They sound difficult, but really are quite simple. If you don't know how to make them, there should be instructions on my blog (https://goldapete.wordpress.com/2018/06/07/penny-sliders/) this morning, with a few examples. Have fun and I can't wait to see what you come up with.

You have until midnight Tuesday, June 12th, to upload a picture of your creation for this challenge to be entered into a drawing for a small prize. Winner will be posted on Wednesday, June 13th.

Here's an example, or two, for you:

I finally bought a slot die so it'll be much easier to make slider cards now! I can't wait to play!

For some of my slider cards, I have used a small sentiment die and just lined it up again to make it long enough. I've also used a craft knife and scissors, before. (It's better if I don't use a craft knife. )

It was fun to use my new toys...but next time I need to remember to cut the layers separately as the slider die is very thin! Trusty razor knife to the rescue!

Great job Trudi! It's so difficult to line everything up perfectly when you cut them separately, though. This is a fun image.
