Paper Piecing...2/18-2/24

Good Morning on this snowy day here on the East Coast...how's the weather where your at?

For this week challenge I think we all did some kind of "paper piecing" here and there in the past.
Stamp an image on pattern paper cut it out then add it on your card...easy peasy right?????
You have until February 24th midnight to load your paper piecing card to enter your name for a small prize from me.
Here are the two images that I used to Paper Pieced and here is the card....voila

Oh, this is a perfect challenge for the week...my Big Shot should be arriving TODAY! I got a packaged deal with a few extra dies, so cutting out little embellishments to layer and add to a card is PERFECT!

I take it for granted that we all have a die cutting machine of some sort. Well, what good timing for you....

I do...I have the original sizzix, a tiny sidekick, and a Cricut but having a large enough "machine" to cut the edges of cards as well as some other larger and more intricate (and thin) dies is so exciting! If I love the Big Shot as much as everyone says I will, I will probably "gift" my Old Red (original) to a friend who is just starting out with card making!

Because a big storm in Salt Lake and then the backlog of packages from our WA 2 weeks of snow storms, the UPS still has it! According to the tracking, it has arrived at our local UPS distribution site and been scanned....I am so hoping it will come today!
