Your cards are gorgeous Terrie! They do look like books, too. I'm looking forward to watching the video and making one.

Thanks for the new fold Terrie. Especially handy when you have a scrap of paper that's too small for 4 x 5.25 card. Since I had 2 bases cut, just went ahead & made 2 cards.

Had fun with this one, though the glitter paper I used sheds like loose glitter. YIKES!!!!

This was definitely a fun challenge. Hopefully some more people get a chance to try it. It would be fun to decorate the front with the “spine” and not adhere it down, too. I know this as my current tape runner adhesive is not a good adhesive. Kept popping up. I used liquid adhesive and weight before mailing mine.

Terrie, Elaine, and Golda, your cards all inspired me to give this fold a try. It was to me... and one that I will definitely use again. Loved it!

I haven't made an origami Asian paperdoll for a while, but had lots of little scraps (from a prize packet of wonderful Asian paper that Barry provided me a few years ago. So decided to use it to make a "scene." When the front of the card looked a little sparse, I just had to add the pretty geisha! So fun!
(And Golda, I used Scotch double-stick tape and the binding is solid. (I tried to "open" it when adding the ribbon and couldn't. So was glad that I hadn't put tape to the very edges!)
