Country Fair 8/16 to 8/22

As summer winds down, the town and state fairs ramp up. I for one loved fair time in my home town growing up. So whether you think of fairway, food, fireworks, kissing booths, livestock, agriculture or pie judging contests, there's something for everyone. Enjoy those last bits of summer.

You have till midnight 8/22 to post an image of your project to be entered in a drawing for a prize.

What a great challenge...our fair wrapped up yesterday so I have lots of inspiration!

What a fun challenge to finish the summer. I have an idea in mind. Hope to find some time to play this weekend. If that happens, I'll be joining in the fun!

Everything on this card reminds me of County Fairs...back home the Fairs are over but where we go camping they are just starting and next month there is a very big one and I use to go to that one when I was a kid...

Our fairs are never in the summer, it is Arizona. But, I always liked the showing and judging of animals. So, here's what I came up with:

I used a favorite digi from Sheepski Designs and a few free photos from the web. When looking for them I could almost hear the sounds on the midway. So fun!
