Erika, that is gorgeous. Did you use alcohol inks to create this background? If so, what colors and what kind of paper? I want to totally recreate this for one of my cards. great job.

Thank you! Yes, it is alcohol inks! I used Yupo paper it was the heavy stock (like Tim Holtz Yupo) - the colors were, Mermaid, Stream and I think Lettuce. If not lettuce then the citron color. But I am pretty sure it was lettuce and LOTS of layers. So I let them dry the added drops of blending solution than more color. The mermaid and other stamps are from Picket Fence
