Terrie that is so stinkin' cute! I have to pin your card so I can make this one day. It is perfect for giving cash as a present! Thanks for doing my challenge!

What a fun card, Terrie! I love the gift idea. But, if I were to receive a card like that, I wouldn't take it apart to use the money as that would ruin the card. You know, it would probably work perfectly for a guy or teen card as they probably wouldn't care about taking it apart to get to the money.

If you look at my boards, you can see that there isn't any one thing that inspires me. I'm kind of all over the place in things that I think look cool, or I would like to try. However, I found what I plan to try today, so hopefully I'll be able to get to it this weekend. Not that it is all that inspiring, but I'm already way behind in Christmas card making, so I need to get the first batch done and thought it would work.

Golda, this card is going to my grand-daughter so I know that the money would not stay there too long...
You could always take the money out and add birthday candle instead...
The money is easily to pull out so the candles could just slide back into the tube..

Terrie, what a generous grandmother you are! She is going to love it!
And Golda, are you working on next years Christmas cards already? Or... maybe that was a typo?
BTW- I am about three years behind in Christmas cards  ... so am not being critical!
