Great challenge, Marilyn. You are such a gifted art teacher!
I love the way these cards all meet the challenge yet have very different feelings/flavor.

Golda, your penguin card is cute and adorable!
Jane, your wedding card is so very elegant!
Trudi, your card has such a wonderfully modern feel with the shimmer and the embossing. And is the little butterfly adds a touch of whimsy. (Is that a die cut butterfly? Or an embellishment? In either case... love it!)

Golda, your penguin card sure brings a smile. That is so cute!

Jane, that is a gorgeous wedding card. The recipients should keep it forever.

Trudi, your card is lovely; very elegant.

Jane, I love your beautiful card! That bow is amazing.

Trudi, that is gorgeous! I rarely layer white pearl or shimmer sheets on white as the color difference always astounds me. You are brave and it worked.

I like to embossed on vellum especially on white it gives that frosty effect
I have stacked three flowers but the middle one is a very pale pink.

Terri, that is amazing! I love the embossed vellum! That certainly gives white on white some elegance! I love the softness of the pink with it. Great job!

That is just lovely, Terrie. It's so soft and sweet! I like the embossing folder you used and the pearls.

Kathy - it is an embellishment by Heidi Swapp...it's a soft cotton paper that you can use the liquid or spray inks to color it.
