July 15 - Envelopes

An open ended midweek challenge to give you a little bump to get through the rest of the week! Begins on Wednesday mornings.

Moderator: eoconnell

Pick a card from your stash and make a pretty envelope to go with it. You can decorate a premade envelope or get out your trusty Envelope Punch Board and make one from scratch. Emboss on it, stamp it, washi tape it, ink it, or just add a fancy label to it...doesn't matter how you decorate it...just don't leave it plain! Let's make the Postman's day by showing him/her that they are delivering Happy Mail!

I used Washi tape on 2, I stamped the Coffee Beans to go with Monday's Coffee Challenge, and I added stickers for my Nautical Card. What will you come up with?

Okay, it isn't real visible, but I did the same seashells border stamp along the bottom back and inside flap. It is also along the bottom front, then I sprayed everything with the same Perfect Pearls spray.

It's light, but you can still see it and I wanted just a hint.

Golda - I like how you made it "soft"...almost a like a vintage envelope!

Trudi, great idea for a challenge. I have some odd shape cards that could use envelopes so I don't have to hunt for one.

Golda, pretty colors!

Needed an envy for a baby card. Decided to go quick and easy with footprint stamp and lighter echo.
