I love stickers, I have 2 12x12 paper boxes full of them...I bought most of them to use in the kids' scrapbooks (that haven't seen the light of day for quite a long while).
This card is for a friend's daughter, Callie, who got sick on the 22 hour trip home (to Texas from Grandma's house in NC). Just a severe tummy bug that the cousins pass onto her, but combining it with the long trip, meant a few hours at the ER getting fluids.
The branch is a glitter sticker and all 3 bugs are puffy stickers.
