Stamp Challenge- Oct 12: Top it with ink

An open ended midweek challenge to give you a little bump to get through the rest of the week! Begins on Wednesday mornings.

Enjoying a bit of time on Pinterest tonight, I found a very interesting and intricate design stamped on patterned paper. I haven't found any paper and stamp combos that I can use in my supplies for this technique, but thought one of you might like the idea. It is so very pretty! http://www.jeanettelynton.com/2011/12/w ... s-duo.html

I stamped on some dictionary pages...and used Glossy Accents to highlight the words like communicate, communication, and phone. The phone and Hello was stamped and embossed with black.

Trudeen, those are great! I love how you highlighted the words.

Here's mine:

The stamp set is what Marilyn designed.

Trudi, love the intensely embossed phone and hello... with the glossy accented words. That's creative, girl!
Golda, what a great way to use Marilyn's angel images. And I like the soft almost ethereal feeling of your card. Very pretty!
Thanks for playing along, ladies.

Trudi, very clever and I love that telephone stamp. Reminds me of my grandma.

Golda, lovely! I do love that stamp set that Marilyn designed.

These are all so nice. Great ideas, everyone! Here is mine; I used embossing powder to make the tree stand out. The size of the music sheet was a booboo on my part but I really like the fact that it is the whole song. Sometimes booboos are a good thing!

Terrie, I like your rustic card and the beautiful fall flowers!

Ellie, I don't see a booboo...I see a sweet Charlie Brown tree!

Terrie, your card is beautiful. And I love the edging. Did you sponge it?
Ellie, I'm not sure what the booboo you are talking about. Your card is a delight! (Especially when Elaine mentioned that it looks like a Charlie Brown tree!)
