Cup of Cheer 11/30 to 12/6

Linda Jo and Golda, your mugs are both cute. Love the colorful patterned paper that you both used.

Sorry I've been MIA...the Girl Scout Crafting Extravaganza took more work than anticipated (meaning some of the adult helpers dropped out and I ended up planning and shopping for all but 2 of the craft stations). We had a fair turn out...19 (of the 21 registered) girls showed up but we have 50+ girls in our Service Unit. Samantha put on a Hot Chocolate "Tea" Party and cupcakes...all while trying to write 4 essays, prepare for 2 presentations, and week after next finals...what a trooper!

Here's what the girls made...

snowman water bottle, candy sleigh, popcorn snowman, clothes pin snowman, reindeer head ornament (single bead), pony bead elf, reindeer candy cane, Thank You notes, and of course the owl purses...and we finished 1/2 hour early!

Kathy - your pop up card may have been lots of work but it's GORGEOUS! It is worth the extra postage...and the trip to the Post Office!

Linda - I love that you used double sided paper! The inside is as beautiful as the outside!

Golda - I couldn't tell that it's backwards...I'm sure that it's just right! BTW Love the treats in your cup.
