Left Out 1/4/17 to 1/10/17

An open ended midweek challenge to give you a little bump to get through the rest of the week! Begins on Wednesday mornings.

Moderator: eoconnell

I don't mind posting a bit early, as I'm positive last week's host won't mind.

You know those stamp sets you save up and get, 'cause you know you'll use this stamp and that one and that one a lot. There is almost always at least 1 stamp in that set that just doesn't get used. I purchased a set a while back and I've used a few of the stamps several times. There's this one that I wasn't sure I would ever use. So, I used that left out stamp.

Actually, I used 2 of them.

Your challenge is to look through your stamps and find that 1 that you just can never figure out how to use it. Think about it and go ahead and use it.

I figured out a friend that might enjoy getting this card, so I made it for her. Now, not sure when I'm going to give it to her, but it's here when I need it. Actually, I have a few friends it would work for. Maybe I'll use those stamps a few more times. :D

Well, go start looking! I can't wait to see what you come up with. (Yes, there are a couple more stamps I haven't used from that set, but those I can definitely see using. It was this set of buildings one that had me stumped.) Have fun with this!

Great challenge Golda! I've got plenty of never used stamps to choose from. I like your stamp very much and could see using it for a crafty friend or a coffee buddy. Cute! Thank you for hosting!

I also have stamps that I just haven't found a use for them. This will be a good challenge! Your card is really nice Golda and I love how you did the background.

Golda, what an interesting challenge. And I have oodles of stamps I haven't yet used.
Your card is great. Like Elaine, I noticed the coffee shop image, and was immediately craving a cuppa!

That's hilarious Terrie! Did you watercolor the background or is it printed paper? Nice job on the card even if you can't figure out why you bought the stamp!

Terrie, that is one unusual stamp. But you made a nice card with it anyway. I like the little bit 'o bling!

Terrie, thanks for playing along! You could make your own calendar and stamp the month's design. I don't know what all the signs are, but you could probably use them as something else, too. I can see your using that one and coloring it as a fun goat/ram, maybe on a rock, or hill with an "Enjoy Life" sentiment, or something like that.

I really like your watercolor background and the fun banner at the top, as well as all the fun bling that looks like pretty stars.
