This is a great way to crank out some cards in quantity without getting bored. Nice! Thanks, Terrie.

I had fun with this challenge. Started out tearing paper strips in varying shades of blue. Attached these to white card stock. Added some sea critters and seaweed/coral that I fussy cut from stationary paper in the water or across the bottom. Then taped blue plastic folder dividers (office supply section, clearance) over the entire scene. Added some fun felt turtles and crab that I picked up on clearance at JoAnns a while ago and sentiments.
Tried to stay to the 3x3 recipe... but did so loosely. Oh.. and added googly eyes in honor of Sheri's little bug! Fun, fun, fun!
