Pull out your crayons - April 12-18

An open ended midweek challenge to give you a little bump to get through the rest of the week! Begins on Wednesday mornings.

Moderator: eoconnell

Here is an easy technique for you to try this week. Stamp your image on glossy cardstock. Color some areas that you want to be white with a crayon, any color will work but I usually use a lighter color. Sponge ink over your image and then use a tissue to wipe off the crayon.

Koren, what an innovative challenge... and something I have not done with my stamps before.
And... your card is lovely!

Koren, thanks for posting this challenge. Lily of the Valley was one of my mom's favorite Spring flowers, which is why I bought the stamp years ago. But I had never used it. Loved the simplicity of this technique... and the delicate look it gives my cards.
The leaves in the photo look brown, but they are actually a deep, rich green.

Terrie, what a bright and beautiful card! I really like the blue sponging with the bright white blossoms and butterflies.
