Posted: Wed Aug 30, 2017 10:05 amKathy, I just inked with 2 different colors of blue ink, then added a bit of white sparkle ink/paint with a sponge, here and there on top, to simulate waves. The white was something I got years ago from Stampin' Up. Not sure which 2 colors of blue ink I used. Had fun with this one.

It REALLY looks like real waves. Great job!
