Hahaha, I did a dopey thing. I made a fabulous card that I love and THEN remembered it was supposed to be a step card. So, if I get a chance today, I'll make another that IS actually a step card and post them both.

Golda, I LOVE this card! How did you make the water? Is that done with ink? And the dolphins are great... and the quote, too. All around an A++ card!

Kathy, I just inked with 2 different colors of blue ink, then added a bit of white sparkle ink/paint with a sponge, here and there on top, to simulate waves. The white was something I got years ago from Stampin' Up. Not sure which 2 colors of blue ink I used. Had fun with this one.

It REALLY looks like real waves. Great job!
