Trudi...great cards! I love how the Santa just "pops" with that paper. Cool paper!

Terrie....now how clever is that? Love it! Great card and even better that you took the "un-ordinary" and made an "extraordinary" card!

Trudi, I love anything chalkboard and these cards are wonderful! Your Santa looks great on that background.

Terri, you are a magician, Girl! How do you manage to turn a boring business envelope into an elegant card? Awesome!!

Golda, as of today I have 50 Christmas cards ready to go and it is all thanks to your challenges. I feel so smug! This last batch took all day but it was worth the time. I bought the Festive Flower punch from Stampin Up. I don't have the stamp set so I put all of the veins on the leaves with an embossing tool. I got the silver paper on sale for 99 cents at HL yesterday. I got all six cards out of one sheet with a few scraps left over. One combo is bright pink and silver; the other is dark blue, yellow and lime green with the silver.

Ellie, those are amazing! I am so impressed that you did all of the veins by hand. Congrats on being ready with your cards! Doesn't it feel good? :D

Golda, what a challenging challenge! Your cards are great. Love the Lion of Judah one!
Trudi, love your chalkboard cards... and how creative to add the snowflake ornament.
Terrie, you upcycled so beautifully in your B&W cards. Who knew that scavenged envelopes could be so beautiful!
Ellie, one word... WOW!

I usually use dark colors in my Christmas cards- evergreen, royal blue, burgundy and purple. So... pastels are a stretch for me.
Decided to use some foil snowflake stickers as my inspiration and use light colors to highlight their glistening.
The second one is really blurry, and my camera is being recharged so can't take another right now. But I liked the lavender ribbon, so decided to post this one.
